Building directly on the foundations of the Level 2 Certificate, this qualification develops a broader and more applied understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, contract principles, and supply chain operations.
Delivered with a GCC-relevant focus by experienced procurement practitioners at Skills Plus, this qualification is assessed through computer-based examinations and can be studied flexibly around your existing work commitments.
On completion, you will be eligible to apply for Affiliate Membership of CIPS and will be well positioned to progress to the CIPS Level 4 Diploma the qualification that marks the start of the journey to full MCIPS Chartered status.

You will explore the three pillars of sustainability economic, social, and environmental and understand how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) obligations shape procurement practice.
The module examines the environmental impact of different sourcing and logistics decisions, including carbon footprint, the tension between low-cost global sourcing and green logistics, and the methods organisations use to monitor and improve their environmental and social performance across the supply base.
