Government excellence frameworks across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia score institutions on innovation. Entities respond with campaigns, ideas portals and hackathons, and then find that none of it survives the assessor's questions about governance, portfolio management and measured outcome.
GInI credentials address that directly. They give an organisation people who can design an innovation system, run its portfolio, and, through the assessor credential, evaluate maturity against a recognised model before an external assessor does it for them.
