Five stages, and the one most providers skip.
Diagnose, design, deliver, apply, measure. The fourth stage is where learning either becomes performance or evaporates, and it is the one that is usually left to chance.

- 01Diagnose
We establish the gap before proposing a solution. That means the capability required by the strategy, the capability present today, and the difference expressed in terms specific enough to design against. Where the client already has this evidence we use it. Where they have an assumption, we say so.
- 02Design
Programme structure, level, mode, language and assessment, chosen against the outcome rather than the budget line. Accredited qualifications are used wherever external recognition adds value, and avoided where they would add length without adding capability.
- 03Deliver
Facilitators who hold the credential and have run the function. Bilingual delivery where the cohort needs it. Attendance and progress reported to the sponsor as the programme runs, not at the end.
- 04Apply
Every participant leaves with a defined task in their own role and a scheduled point at which they report back. Line managers are briefed on what their people are expected to do differently. This stage costs little and determines almost everything.
- 05Measure
Against the evaluation level agreed at the start. Reaction and learning always; behaviour and results where the client can supply the operational data. We publish the finding whether or not it flatters the programme.
