Qualification cohorts for CIPD, CIPS and CMI open at fixed points through the year and are built backwards from the awarding body's assessment and examination windows. Short courses run monthly across the fifteen categories.

Qualification cohorts are capped so that every learner gets individual assignment feedback. Short courses run to a size that keeps practice sessions workable.
Timing
Long qualifications run on weekday evenings and weekends for people in full-time roles. Short courses run during the working week.
Materials
Institute materials, digital resources and, where the awarding body provides it, membership for the duration of study.
Support after the room
Tutorial sessions, assignment clinics and examination revision are scheduled into the programme rather than sold as an extra.
