Our work

Selected programmes across government and enterprise in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Named where the client has given consent, sector-anonymised where confidentiality requires it.

Federal government entity · United Arab Emirates · procurement capability

A procurement function qualified end to end, from buyer to head of department

The entity had completed a procurement operating model redesign and found that the new model required decisions its team had never been trained to make. We ran parallel CIPS cohorts at four levels simultaneously, Level 3 for transactional buyers, Level 4 for category owners, Level 5 for managers and Level 6 for the leadership, with a single progress report to the director general.

Abu Dhabi Government entity · human resources capability

Building a people function that could advise rather than administer

A sponsored CIPD pathway for the entity's human resources team, with Level 3 for coordinators and Level 5 for business partners, delivered with Arabic tutorial support and assignment clinics scheduled around the working week. The programme ran alongside an operating model change led by impact+, so the capability arrived at the same time as the new structure rather than a year behind it.

Saudi Arabia · national workforce programme

A leadership pathway built for national talent moving into first management roles

Delivered from our Riyadh office. A CMI-accredited pathway from Level 3 to Level 5 for Saudi nationals promoted into supervisory and management roles faster than the organisation could develop them, with bilingual delivery and line manager briefings before each module.

Regional enterprise group · corporate academy

An internal academy stood up and handed over inside a single year

Mandate, skills taxonomy, curriculum architecture, faculty model, platform and quarterly measurement pack, built with the client's learning team rather than for them. Twenty of the group's own subject experts were trained and quality-assured as internal faculty, so that delivery continued at standard after handover.

Government excellence programme · innovation capability

Innovation credentials that survived the assessor's questions

An entity scoring poorly on the innovation dimension of its excellence assessment certified a core group through the Global Innovation Institute pathway, practitioner, strategist and assessor, and used the assessor credential to run its own internal readiness review before the next external assessment.
