In-house delivery
Any course, any qualification, rebuilt around one organisation and delivered on its premises, in Arabic, in English, or in both.
01What changes
A course delivered in-house without being rebuilt is just a public course in a different room.
Before the first session we work through your policies, your systems, your organisation chart and two or three live situations the group is currently dealing with. Those replace the generic case studies. Participants recognise the material because it is theirs.
For government entities this matters more than it does elsewhere. A negotiation course that ignores your procurement regulations, or a performance management course that contradicts your appraisal cycle, teaches people something they cannot use on Sunday morning.
02How it runs
01Scoping conversationWho is in the room, what they should be able to do afterwards, and what evidence the sponsor needs at the end.
02Content rebuildYour documents, systems and cases replace generic material. Language and examples matched to the cohort.
03DeliveryAt your premises or ours, in one block or spread across weeks, with the facilitator who ran the design.
04Application periodParticipants apply the material to a real task, with a scheduled check-in rather than an open invitation to ask questions.
05Report to the sponsorAttendance, assessment results, observed capability shift and a recommendation on what should follow.
