02Where these fit
The programmes clients ask for when a qualification is too long and a workshop is too little.
A three-day workshop rarely changes how someone works. A fifteen-month diploma is not available to a team that needs to perform differently this quarter. These seven programmes sit in between: enough depth to change practice, short enough to run around a full-time role, and certified so the outcome is recorded.
All seven run in-house for a single organisation, which is how most of them are delivered. Content is rebuilt against the client's own policies, systems and cases before the first session.
