Credentialled in what they teach, and experienced in doing it.

Every facilitator delivering an accredited programme holds the relevant qualification at or above the level being taught, and is approved by the awarding body where the institute requires it. Beyond the credential, we look for people who have run the function they are describing. Government cohorts in this region establish within an hour whether the person at the front has done the work, and they are rarely wrong.
