01The level ladder
The first question a learner asks is not which institute. It is where do I start, and where does this take me. The ladder answers both. It maps all fourteen accredited qualifications onto a single progression, from a first team-leading award to executive practice at Level 7, so an individual can see the next rung and a head of learning can see a whole workforce at once.

03Who awards what we teach
A qualification is only worth the body behind it. Every programme on this site is awarded by an international institute, assessed against its published standard, and recognised by employers well beyond this region. Our job is to get people through it.

04Why organisations choose us
skills+ shares an operating model with impact+, which redesigns human capital and government excellence programmes for the same institutions. When capability building is one component of a wider change, the two arrive together rather than as two suppliers with two views of the same organisation.
Programmes run in Arabic and English. Assessment support, coaching and materials follow the language the cohort actually works in, which is the difference between a completed qualification and an abandoned one.
Our facilitators hold the credentials they teach and have run the functions they describe. Government cohorts in this region can tell within an hour whether the person in front of them has done the work.
Attendance is an input. We contract on completion, pass rate and applied outcome, measured against the Kirkpatrick and Phillips models at levels the client agrees before the first session.
05Learning and development transformation
Most organisations do not need more courses. They need a learning strategy that connects to the business plan, a clear picture of the gap, and a way of proving that the money spent changed something. That is a different discipline from teaching, and we do both.
