Do I need prior HR experience to enrol?
No. The Level 3 is designed for those completely new to HR. No prior qualifications or experience are required, just a commitment to developing your professional knowledge.
How are sessions structured and when do classes run?
Sessions run on weekday evenings and weekends for flexibility around your working week. You can choose virtual delivery or in-person sessions in Abu Dhabi.
How is the Level 3 assessed?
Entirely through written assignments, one per unit. No formal examinations. Assessments are criterion-referenced and your tutor provides detailed feedback on every draft.
What CIPD membership do I earn?
On completing the Level 3, you will be awarded Foundation Membership and can use the designation Foundation CIPD after your name.
