When you explore a programme or contact Skills Plus, you should know what happens to the information you share. This notice explains how the Skills Plus website, the academy website of Taaeen Group, handles enquiries and website preferences.
Information you share with us
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. You can also add your organisation and a telephone number with its country or region. We use these details to understand your request, direct it to the academy team and contact you about the programme or service you asked about.
Please keep your message relevant to your enquiry. Do not include payment-card details, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive personal information in this form.
Knowing which programme you asked about
The form also sends the address of the page where you submit it, the page or form title, the selected language and, where relevant, the programme and awarding body. These details help us distinguish a course enquiry from a qualification, certification or general contact request. You do not need to type them yourself.
The page address can include information in its link, such as a campaign reference or section name. Avoid putting private information into website links that you share.
How enquiries reach our team
Your enquiry passes through our website server to Zoho Forms for handling through our connected enquiry and CRM workflow. Zoho is a service provider used to receive and manage these records. A submission confirmation means the website has received Zoho Forms' acceptance of the enquiry; it is not confirmation of enrolment, a booking or payment.
If you contact us by email or telephone instead, the academy team receives the information you choose to share through that channel.
Cookies and optional analytics
The website remembers your language preference and your choice about analytics. These preferences help the site work as you expect. You can also manage stored website information through your browser settings.
Google Analytics is optional and loads on the live website only after you accept analytics cookies. It helps us understand page visits, navigation and enquiries. Our enquiry conversion event records the form context, programme and institute after a successful response, rather than sending the name, email, telephone number, organisation or message from your form.
Microsoft Clarity is also optional and loads under the same choice. It records how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and pointer movement, as heatmaps and session replays that help us find and fix confusing pages. The enquiry form is masked, so what you type into it is never recorded, and Clarity receives only the name of events such as a completed enquiry.
You can reject analytics and still browse the website or send an enquiry. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops subsequent analytics collection by this website; it does not automatically remove information already processed by Google or Microsoft.
Keeping the website working
Your browser sends technical information when it requests a page, including its network address and browser details. The website also uses validation and technical checks to limit spam, repeated submissions and misuse. These checks support delivery and protection of the service.

Tell us enough to identify the enquiry, but do not send sensitive documents unless our team asks for them through an appropriate channel.
We may need to confirm your identity before handling a request. Our team can explain any applicable record-keeping requirements and the options available for your information. Analytics preferences can be changed immediately through Cookie settings.
